*** SPOILER IF YOU MISSED THE FIGHTS ***
OK so.. what did you guy think? I enjoyed the shit outta that card man. After the disgrace of UFC 112 this was what they needed to keep fans happy. And I'm glad to say it was in Montreal. Canadian bias aside, this card was better than I expected. My friends and I usually post our picks on facebook and see who comes out on top. Then while I watch I twitter the crap out of it. (http://twitter.com/thefearagenda). For a full rundown of who won and all that jazz you can always hit up my fav source http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UFC_113 .
Things that kept me on the edge of my seat:
Kimbo Slice VS Matt Mitrione - Now I wasn't that big of a Slice fan until watching him on The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights. That's when you got to see the REAL Kimbo. He's a down to earth kool dude. Since then I have been a supporter of him and his UFC career. Mitrione on the other hand I thought was a complete D-Bag on the show and was really looking forward to Slice beating him down. MAN WAS I WRONG.. lol. Mitrione came out and put on a clinic. He was all over.. leg kicks, submission attemps, striking, Kimbo had no idea what to do. After watching it I said that I didn't think Kimbo had the abilities needed to continue in the UFC and the next morning I found out that Dana white had the same feeling.
Josh Koscheck VS Paul Daley - What can I say about this mess. I was going for Josh, even though he is a Canadiens hater..lol. Josh did what he does, he's a wrestler and he threw Daley all over the place. And then some BS happened.. Koscheck won by decision, and an angry Daley then sucker punched Josh after the fight was over. This in turn caused Dana White to kick Daley out of the organization as well.
Lyoto Machida VS Mauricio Rua (title fight) - Hells yeah! I was looking forward to this one. After the last one went to decision MANY people disagreed with the outcome, myself included. Now what I thought might happen would be Rua coming out hard in the first round, maybe too hard and getting tagged by the extremely elusive Machida. I wanted Rua to take it, but thought his ferociousness would get the best of himself. I was only half wrong. He came out like a beast and closed the gap on the elusive one. When he got inside he tagged him and saw blood in the water. Rua defeated Machida via KO (punches) at 3:35 of round 1 to become the new UFC Light Heavyweight Champion.
I really enjoyed this card and look forward to UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans. These two guys aren't fans of each other and both want to knock each other out. I'll honest though I think the next big draw is going to be UFC 116: Lesnar vs. Carwin. Keep swinging boys!!

I would just like to say that I picked correctly on all these fights! I have been saying for months that Kimbo doesn't have what it takes!
